We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruiter to join our team.
Recruiter will handle all phases of the recruiting process. Recruiter would initially focus on finding qualified candidates to fill professional openings for our clients. Recruiter would use various resources to search and screen candidates. Recruiters also work on identifying clients and new job orders.
Recruiter must have the ability to establish strong relationships with clients at the executive level, as well as with the human resource departments.
Recruiter must have excellent phone communication skills.
Recruiter must have strong computer skills and learn our applicant tracking system, as well as the optimal use of job sites.
Recruiter should be persuasive, persistent and patient.
This is a commission-based position. The most successful executive recruiters work with a sense of urgency and make a maximum number of contacts per day.
